MEASUREMENT READINESS

If the signal is weak,
optimisation is guessing.

Measurement advisory that helps businesses define meaningful events, diagnose tracking gaps and interpret attribution without pretending that one platform contains the full truth.

THE CHALLENGE

A conversion count is not automatically a reliable decision signal.

Events may be missing, duplicated, differently defined across platforms or disconnected from the outcomes the business actually values.

Inconsistent definitions

GA4, ad platforms, CRM or app systems count different actions under similar conversion names.

Broken journey visibility

Web, app, WhatsApp, trial, lead-quality or purchase steps cannot be connected clearly.

Attribution overconfidence

A single reported model is treated as complete truth instead of one view with limitations.

THE OUTCOME

Measurement people can
actually act on.

The goal is not more dashboards. It is a clearer relationship between customer actions, campaign signals and business decisions.

01

Event clarity

Define the actions, parameters and outcomes that should be measured.

02

Gap diagnosis

Identify missing, duplicated or misaligned signals and their likely impact.

03

Reporting logic

Separate operational metrics, platform attribution and business outcomes.

04

Implementation brief

Give the developer or analytics owner a prioritised measurement requirement.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

A measurement plan with responsibilities attached.

PCA defines and validates the marketing measurement requirement; technical implementation responsibilities are agreed separately.

  • Measurement objective workshop
  • Event and conversion inventory
  • GA4 property and report review
  • UTM and campaign-naming guidance
  • Platform conversion-mapping review
  • Attribution limitation summary
  • Developer-ready tracking requirements
  • Validation and monitoring checklist

HOW IT WORKS

A defined process.
Adapted to the context.

Scope, access requirements, timelines and fees are agreed in writing before work begins.

  1. 01

    Map

Connect the customer journey to the actions and outcomes the business needs to understand.

  2. 02

    Inspect

Review current tags, events, platform signals and reporting definitions within scope.

  3. 03

    Specify

Document the required fixes, ownership, naming and validation criteria.

  4. 04

    Validate

Check agreed signals after implementation and document remaining limitations.

GOOD FIT

This may be useful if…

  • Campaign conversions cannot be traced confidently to trials, leads or purchases.
  • GA4 and advertising platforms show materially different numbers.
  • A new website or app needs a measurement plan before media launch.
  • Leadership receives reports but still cannot answer the next business question.

PRACTITIONER CONTEXT

Advice grounded in operating experience.

Meenaa’s work spans performance marketing, analytics, advertiser support and campaign decision-making. The approach begins with the business question, then defines the signal required to answer it.

Experience includes vendor-side programmes supporting Meta and Google advertiser ecosystems. Platform names indicate programme exposure, not direct employment.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before we begin.

Is GA4 the same as installing the Google tag?

No. A tag can send data, while GA4 requires a considered event structure, configuration, validation and reporting approach to make that data useful.

Can you implement tags directly?

Implementation involvement depends on the website or app environment and agreed scope. PCA can define requirements, review setup and work with the responsible developer or analytics specialist.

Can this cover mobile apps?

Yes, at an advisory level. App measurement may require Firebase, platform SDKs or an MMP depending on the channels and attribution need. The required architecture is assessed before recommendation.

Why do GA4 and Meta or Google Ads show different conversions?

They can use different attribution rules, identity signals, conversion windows, modelling and reporting logic. The task is to understand the differences and decide which view supports each decision.

START WITH THE CHALLENGE

What can your current tracking not answer?

Bring the measurement question—not just a screenshot of conflicting numbers. We will identify the right starting point.
